How many fingerprints can be stored in one lock?
20 fingerprints.
Is the fingerprint sensor waterproof and fog-proof?
No. The Breeze is designed as an indoor lock and does not feature waterproof or fog-proof capabilities.
What should I do if fingerprint recognition is occasionally unsuccessful?
Ensure your finger and the sensor are clean.
Place your finger correctly on the sensor and try multiple times.
When registering, scan the same fingerprint from different angles, or register multiple fingerprints from different fingers.
How do I add a new user fingerprint?
Set fingerprints through the bluesafe app
Does it support remote unlocking?
Support, remote unlocking can be achieved through WiFi bridge
The handle is stuck after changing direction. What should I do?
Try loosening the M16 nut that secures the handle slightly to see if it returns to normal operation.
