Check if the upper studs on the panel are properly installed. If not, first dry any internal moisture carefully (e.g., with a fan on a cool setting, avoiding damage to electronics), then correctly install the studs as per the instruction manual.

For optimal performance: The lock should be installed approximately 95 cm from the ground. With a 30 cm arm length, the photographic range is 110-180 cm. With a 50 cm arm length, the photographic range is 100-190 cm. With a 60 cm arm length, the photographic range is 100-200 cm.

Press the settings button, verify your identity as an administrator, and then follow the system's voice prompts to add or delete fingerprints.

Clean your finger and the fingerprint sensor. Ensure correct finger placement and try multiple times. When registering a fingerprint, try scanning from different angles or register fingerprints from multiple fingers.

The lock has an IP65 waterproof rating, similar to many mobile phones. For optimal performance, please ensure your fingers and the fingerprint sensor are dry during use.
