Add the G6 in TTLock — look for this logo in the app store, then choose + → G6 (Matter) in the app. Use a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network for setup.
Step by step
Set up & use your G6
Start with the light guide, then add the gateway in TTLock. Use the removal guide only when you want to delete a gateway. Tick steps as you go; your progress is saved on this device.

Fix a problem
Check the indicator, the app and the network details against the G6 instructions. If these checks do not resolve the issue, send us the details using a support email below.
